Services and quotes

Quotes are given in Naira and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work begins after a written brief is agreed and any required deposit is received. Scope changes may affect price and timeline; we will confirm both before proceeding.

Payments

Payments are accepted through Paystack, Flutterwave or bank transfer. Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit is payable before work starts and the balance before final delivery or launch.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for supplying accurate content, images and access credentials, and for holding the rights to any material you provide to us.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the delivered website content and design passes to you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you ask us in writing not to.

Refunds

Deposits cover work already scheduled and started and are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled mid-way, you pay for work completed to that point and receive the files produced.

Liability

We deliver services with reasonable skill and care but are not liable for indirect losses, third-party platform outages, or losses arising from content you supply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
